Condition for Returns
We want you to be completely enamoured with your new jewellery. If your piece isn't quite what you imagined, we offer a generous 14-day returns period from the date of delivery. Whether it's a change of heart or a different size required, we are here to ensure your experience remains effortless.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- All bespoke jewellery and pieces featuring custom engravings are final sale.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations.
- Packaging, including our signature boxes and authenticity certificates, must be included.
The Return Process
To initiate a return, simply contact our London concierge team with your order number. We will provide a pre-paid courier label for your convenience. Once your return is received and inspected by our craftsmen, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our jewellery experts, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
The reimbursement will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
