All items are carefully wrapped in secure, discreet outer packaging. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at support@donadona.co.uk.
Shipping – Methods & Timescales
To ensure your jewellery reaches you safely, we ship exclusively via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed across the entire UK. Once dispatched, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive. For your peace of mind, a signature will be required upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Rates
Orders over £40: Free Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed).
Orders under £40: A flat shipping rate of £5 applies.
